Hudkoll Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Hudkoll mobile application ("App") operated by Carl Bennet ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Hudkoll is a mobile application that analyses food product ingredients and provides personalised skin health risk scores based on your profile. The App uses barcode scanning to identify products and AI-powered analysis to generate insights.

The information provided by Hudkoll is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Hudkoll offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (monthly and annual). Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App.
Use the App in a way that could damage, overload, or impair our services.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its infrastructure.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the analysis results will be accurate or complete. Ingredient data is sourced from third-party databases and may not always be up to date.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any decisions made based on the App's analysis.

6. Changes to the App and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time. We may also update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.
